Discounted as a "second" due to the imperfections in the foot of this cappuccino mug. This is the only flaw in the piece and it came from removing the pedestal ring off the pot after the glaze firing cycle. In the removing process it took a little piece of the foot with it. The base has been buffed smooth and is perfectly safe to use as normal...just a second. Instead of pitching the whole thing in the trash, someone may just want to enjoy it.
